General Conditions
For all return or exchange requests, please ensure that the item is in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached. Pieces must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
Cases & Solutions1. Incorrect Item Received
If you receive an item that is not the one you ordered, you may request an exchange or a store credit to use on your next purchase. In this case, Nurjenna will cover the return shipping cost.
2. Damaged Item ReceivedIf your order arrives damaged, we will happily replace the product or issue a store credit. Nurjenna will cover the return shipping cost in this situation as well.
3. Size Does Not FitIf the item doesn’t fit and you ordered a standard size from our website, you may request a size exchange or choose store credit.

Return shipping charges in this case will be borne by the customer.

Only one size exchange is allowed per outfit.

Festive, Eid, and Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
Once you have spoken to our customer care team, please follow the steps provided to complete your exchange.
Pack your item securely, preferably in its original packaging, and send it back through a reliable courier service of your choice.
You may return your purchase within the allowed return window as long as it remains unused, unwashed, unaltered, and carries its original tags.
Nurjenna follows a no-refund policy.
However, if a product you requested for exchange or replacement is no longer available, a refund will be issued. Refunds processed under this condition will be completed within our standard processing timeline.

Ready-to-wear orders may be cancelled within a short grace period after placing the order.

Made-to-order or by-order pieces may be cancelled within the allowed window provided by customer care.
